Students fight bullying at MS bullying conference
Students read post-it notes on situations where bullying can occur. At the conference students were taught how to prevent bullying and how to fight against it.

Jacob Turner (’19), Emma Wallner (’19), Ryan Coffey (’21), and Brooke Wilson (’20), members of the student council, attended the Middle School Bullying Prevention Conference on Thursday, Oct. 12 at Towson University, organized by the Baltimore County Student Council.
“The conference primarily focused on bullying in middle schools,” Wallner, president of the student council, said. “I’d like to see a high school/middle school mentoring program to encourage HMS students to identify cases of bullying.”

Discussing topics stated on the slides behind, students sat and talked about bullying prevention and how to be kind.
