On Monday, May 30, the For Our Troops Club will host a Memorial Day service in honor of all servicemen and women. The event will include a raising of the American flag and the choir will sing the national anthem.

“This day gives us a chance to show appreciation for the sacrifice of so many men and women,” said For Our Troops member Lucas Brooks (’16).

Memorial Day is especially important within our community because of two former students who died overseas, Corporal Joshua Snyder (’02) and Lance Corporal Norman Anderson (’02).
